I paid but the app asks me to subscribe.

iPhone: tap Restore purchases on the subscribe screen. Paid in Chrome? Sign in on your iPhone with the same email. In Chrome, open Already paid or reinstalled? › Recover web subscription. Please don’t buy again.

How do I sync my iPhone and Chrome?

Sign in with the same email in both. In Chrome: Settings › Mobile account. On iPhone: Settings › Sign in to sync. To sign your phone in from Chrome, open Settings › Link your phone and enter the code your phone shows; it expires after five minutes.

How do I cancel?

iPhone: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions (Apple’s steps). Chrome: extension Settings › Subscription › Manage. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel.

Can I get a refund?

iPhone purchases: ask Apple. Chrome: see our refund policy.

How do I stop app blocking?

Settings › Manage blocking › Stop blocking. It works without signing in or paying, and you keep the minutes you earned. You can also turn off Kaado’s Screen Time permission in iPhone Settings › Screen Time.

How do I leave the leaderboard?

Home › Today’s ranks › Leave the leaderboard. Your scores are deleted.

Where is my progress stored?

On your device, and in your account if you sign in. See our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account

In the iPhone app: Settings › Account & help › Delete account. Read what gets deleted first, and cancel any subscription separately.

Get Kaado

New update coming soon. Stores currently list Nihongo Feed. The Kaado creature update is not available yet.
